RANGE-OPS Client Service Methodology © includes the following phases:
Assessment Phase – Understand your current and future operations and needs
The assessment phase includes meetings, either on-site or via conference calls with your leadership team to discuss and review your current operation. After we understand your current environment, we then work with you to discuss what safety concerns, requirements or upgrades would best work for your operation and facility in your future environment. A deliverable report with recommendations will be created from our findings along with a proposal and detailed specification documents for a complete RANGE-OPS solution, as part of this process we will also provide customer references. Additional key items that will be discussed during the assessment phase are project management, timeline, budget, other key vendors that may be performing work in conjunction with your new range operation such as target control systems, electricians, excavating/site dirt work, etc.
Client Proposal Review Phase
Once the assessment deliverables have been completed, we will review with your leadership team the entire proposal and clarify and answer any questions that arise. Should there be any additional revisions or new information we will update the proposal to reflect the new information and repeat the process until all parties agree on the solution. When we have agreement on the scope and specifications of the solution we finalize the budget and timeline and create an overall project plan for your budget funding approval process.
Budget and Design Approval Phase
RANGE-OPS completes the budget funding approval package which includes the following documents:
- Proposal and Pricing
- Approved Specifications
- Overall Project Management and Milestone Plan
- Delivery and Setup Date
- Customer References
The range facility’s leadership then gains approval for the project and provides a PO number or down payment to begin the work order.
Build Phase
Upon approval of the work order, RANGE-OPS schedules the work into our current production and provides periodic updates to the range facilities leadership on the progress of the work order. This may include pictures and small write-ups of progress during the build phase. As RANGE-OPS nears completion of the Build Phase, the on-site delivery and setup date is confirmed and all delivery plans become finalized.
Delivery and Setup Phase
Advance planning, preparation and coordination with other vendors is completed and the RANGE-OPS solutions are delivered and setup at the clients range facility. During this process all electrical components are connected and tested and the client takes ownership of the RANGE-OPS solution. Any follow-up items that need to occur are documented and an agreed plan for completing these items is put in writing.
RANGE-OPS Client References, Case Studies and Press Releases
RANGE-OPS believes strongly in maintaining strong lasting relationships with our client both during and after the project. RANGE-OPS will discuss our reference program, case studies and press releases with the client and if permission is granted from the client RANGE-OPS will follow-up with several media options that may include pictures, video, case studies and press releases during and after the project. These activities help benefit the client in publishing the successful implementation of the facility improvements. RANGE-OPS will work with the client to review and authorize all media messaging before it is finalized.
